Significance for us
Prayer
Essential to our vowed life is prayer – the nurturing of a relationship of love and faith in God. This is expressed in personal prayer and in the regular prayer of the Liturgy of the Hours, in which we seek to be open and hospitable to those who join us.
Liturgy
The celebration of the liturgy is an essential part of Canonical Life. It has to be inviting and creative, open and accessible, focused on the participation of all the people present and on what is happening in the world.
