Inspiration Through Art - The Tour

Sr Mary Stephen is a prolific artist with many of her paintings published as cards, banners and posters by McCrimmons.

Now her original artwork is  on tour in a series of three exhibitions over the next year.

 From September - December 2008 the ‘Roadshow' began in Scotland with ‘New Life' - a journey through the art of
• the Creation - God enlivening
• the Incarnation - God becoming
• Daily Life - God sustaining - through prayer, sacrament and his presence in all things.

Jan to April 2009 the exhibition will focus on the Paschal Mystery - with both the Stations of the Cross and the Stations of the Resurrection - and an appearance at Lentfest 2009 in Glasgow archdiocese.

May - July 2009 the exhibition will be - ‘Shekinah' - God's presence

Alongside the display of paintings we will be showing slideshows/powerpoints of Mary Stephens other artwork and will be able to discuss ways of using the available resources with different groups.

We will also bring along some of the various published resources - ie posters, banners, dvd/cdroms, cards, books - which people can order - and some of the original paintings will also be available for purchase - or to order as limited edition giclee prints.
