Scripture Study

Included in our ministry is the opportunity we offer to anyone who wants to deepen their life of faith through study of the Bible.  Our method of study is interactive: some in-put, study of texts in small groups followed by discussion and sharing of insights.  In 2009 three weekly courses have been run by Sister Angela Morris CRSS.  These will continue in 2010.

Chelmsford -

Mondays 13:45 – 15:45 in Canon Wilson Hall, Holy Name Church, Lucas Avenue, Chelmsford. 

Topic: The Christology of the New Testament starting on 18 January 2010. 

 

Colchester -

Wednesdays 18:45 – 20:45 in the Crypt of the Church of St James the Less and St. Helen, Priory Street, Colchester.

Topic: continuation of the Gospel according to Luke, starting on 13 January 2010.

 

Greenstead -

Thursdays 10:00 - 12:00 in the Parish Hall, St John Payne Church.

Topic: How to Read the Old Testament [continued from last year] starting on 14 January 2010.
